What's been going on...

Well last week was a pretty crazy week but very rewarding. Tyler started his new job at McDonalds and he is liking it. He works mostly in the morning and is usually cooking...which means he doesn't have to deal with irate customers. On Tuesday my mom, dad, and niece arrived at our house. They stayed till Sunday afternoon. We had a lot of fun playing games, going to the lake, and just enjoying each others company. It was a blessing for Tyler and I to have family up here. Now we are looking forward to his mom and Dean coming on Thursday morning....they are flying and this is Carol's 1st flight so be praying for her.

We went to the Doctor on Thursday of last week for a check up and he said everything is looking good. I passed my diabetes test (whew). Abigail is growing and moving around alot! We can't wait till she gets here so we can hold her. Anyways we have started going every 2 weeks for 2 more visits then we will go every week.

For those of you who like to see people getting fat I will put a picture up of my belly growing. Now no smart comments on like....(are you having twins? ) I have already had some of those.

ok this one was taken while I was down in Texas and Justin's wedding. So I was about 21 weeks (and for those of you guys who don't go by weeks that is about 5 months and then some.)

I know my mom will love her picture being up on here...but that is what ya get when you take pictures with the pregnant lady. Anyways this was just this past Sunday so I am 31 weeks. (again for those who can't take that and divide by 4 it's 7.75 months.)

"Look at me from the side...do I look bigger" =)

A closer picture

This is my niece Brittany for those who don't know her. Abigail kicked her in the head when she laid on my stomach....she thought it was cool.

Abigail Update

We went to the doctor today and everything is going great. Abbi is growing and moving around. She ia about 2 lbs and 2 oz and looks healthy. From some of the pictures that we saw she has some of Tyler's features. See what you think.... (Now realize that these are not the greatest cause she is still inside me =)) I will try and interpret some of them.

This is a 4D shot of her little face (if you look hard you can see she has some hair)

Here she had her little hand up to her mouth. It looks like she may be sucking her thumb.

This is only a 2D picture but you can see her hand going up on the left
and pushing on my stomach.

This is not the greatest cause her eye looks funny...but she has
her little hand in front of her eye. She is camera shy.
Well I hope ya'll enjoyed these as much as we did. It won't be long till she will be here...about 8-10 weeks hopefully. We are really excited about our little girl. God has been gracious and has kept both me and her safe through all of this.

Getting Things Started

On Saturday we spent the day getting the Abbi's room cleaned out and put together. Here are some pictures of us putting the crib together...

I read the directions while Tyler put it together.

At last her first bed

We want to say a special thank you to our parent who bought Abbi's crib. It is very pretty and we really like it. Thank you for all the love and support you give us.

On another note...

Today we finally got Tyler all signed up for classes and got his financial aid all together. He begins school on August 11th and will be taking 18 hours. Some from the junior college here close and 3 classes from Boyce College (online). Please be praying for him as the school year approachs it is going to be a busy semester. Tyler also has an interview with McDonalds on Wednesday (tomorrow) to see about getting a second part-time job. This semester is going to be very full for us and we could use all the prayers.

F.Y.I.... We go back to the Dr on Thursday this week, I will update again with more news then.
